Hi #StrutGang, my name is Alejandra and the owner of www.eclecticinthecity.com. I grew up in Arizona, but reside in Manhattan today. I modeled for most of my 20s, and stayed in fashion after college. Today I work for a Social Media tech startup, and I guess you could say I'm a social media junkie. Eclectic In The City came through my love for fashion, as well as my desire to connect with others through my passions and the things that move me in my everyday life. My goal is not just to post cute pictures of shoes (as fun as it is!), but to use any platform I have to also share real sh*t. I haven't shied away from posting my experiences in the modeling world, body issues, and mental health topics among other issues. I plan on continuing to create content, that hopefully others can relate to. As well as sharing humor. It's social media after all, you can only take it so seriously!
