Store Policy

 

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your new purchase. In the event that you are not, we will gladly accept Exchanges for size or color granted that option is available  within 14 days of delivery or store credit ONLY. 

Return postage is always the full responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund any Shipping & Handling charges for any reason, unless an error was made on our behalf (i.e. we shipped you the wrong item).

All Exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt, items. Must be in new condition unworn and in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
This means, we WILL NOT accept any Exchanges for store credit on items that have been worn or show signs of  damaged by the buyer or tampered with in any way.
All  Exchanges  are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to decline any Exchanges for store credit that do not meet our policy. 

Purchases made in person at Local Events, Shoe Parties, Fashion Shows etc. are “Final Sale” 
Any items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for Return
Items that show defect from wear and tear or neglect from the buyer, will not be accepted for Store Credit/ Exchanges. 

ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE PROVIDED ON ITEMS SENT BEYOND OUR 7 DAY TIME PERIOD.
